It was a nice property. Bathrooms small and dated but still ok. We had a good stay

You can't beat the location!! What you don't know is how beautiful the surrounding mature trees are. The sun room bedroom was helpful as well. Just be careful crossing the street- it is a bit busy.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time. Only warning I would give: If you plan to go out and return after dark, make sure you leave the light on - on Google maps, it is located about 20 yards west of Bailey Lane.

This is our third year at this rental and we never tire of watching the sun come up over the gulf. The setting is wonderful and provides easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. It affords protection from the weather for your vehicle and many other amenities for a comfortable stay.

We have rented this property more then 5 times. Very homey and located in the heart of the Gulf Coast.

Beautiful view, great location, very relaxing! This was our second trip to this house, and we were enjoying it so much we extended our stay. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The management team is top notch. We really appreciate how they make renting so easy.

This is a beautiful beachfront property. It is very picturesque and private. We spent our Christmas holiday and enjoyed decorating inside. The views are absolutely incredible from the huge wondows. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and -set over the Gulf coast. Managers are topnotch and respond quickly to inquiries and requests. We highly recommend booking far in advance because this home is very popular with access to a nearly private beach directly across the street.

Long beach and the coast along here may not have all the glitter of some of the beaches to the east, but that is just why we like it. Quiet, private, quaint, and comfortable. And this particular property is perfectly located, well appointed, and in good shape. The rental manager was very responsive when we did have questions. All good.

Well located property We brought our boat so we could do excursions to ship island perfect spot. Less than 5 minutes to the boat launch and plenty parking for vehicles and boat

We had a wonderful stay at your house. It was everything we had hoped. The beach was so close and we never had share it with anyone. The kids (age 6 & 9) had so much fun swimming and and we never had to worry about them getting out too deep. We had close proximity to store, places to eat, and a great adventure on Ship’s Island. We all can’t wait to come back again.

The home was amazing. Furniture was nice and everything was clean. Felt like home. I highly recommend this home.

Great little spot for summer vacation. We loved that we were right across from the beach! There was a lot of things for the whole family to do as well as places to eat. House was quite comfortable for the four of us. There were a few glitches when we first arrived but things were fixed quickly. We didn't know what to pack for the beach so some chairs and a canopy would have been a nice addition for us to use.

Every part of this experience was easy and stress free, which is what a vacation should be. We will definitely be back!!

We very much enjoyed this experience. This was our first time renting a home for vacation and this will be the way from now on. We loved the house very much so. We learned alot about the area and really loved the whole trip. It rained alot on our week but we didnt let that stop us from having a great time.

The view of the ocean was great. There was plenty of room for me, my grandchildren. daughter, and daughter-in-law. The beach was away from the crowd but conveniently located near attractions.

This was our second time staying at this property. It was just as gorgeous as we remembered. The floor plan is excellent! The windows provide awesome views no matter where you're standing. The sunrise and sunset with leave you speechless. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the well stocked kitchen. The living room TV gave her the blues once again because it's not channel surfer friendly at all. We loved having our own private beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We look forward to returning so we can book a photographer to do a photo shoot in those awesome oak trees that grace the backyard.
Everything we needed was nearby with no more than a 10 minute drive. Enjoying this home IS the vacation for us.

Everything was perfect! The no stress contactless check-in was great. This home is beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped so meals were a breeze. They left a basket of snacks. We had our privacy, it even felt like a private beach, so social distancing was not an issue.
It is very clean. Bathrooms, linens and towels are clean, too. We enjoyed the deck and balconies. The sunrise and sunset was a spectacular view from the master bedroom! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and have already booked another stay. Excellent location!
The check out time is rather early at 10am butso we had coffee but no time for breakfast.

What a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving Holiday in a lovely home right on the beach. Sitting in the living room, the view is incredible.

The house sits on a lot with a few giant Live Oaks in the back, with a view of the white sugar sandy beaches in front. There are two lanes of traffic to cross, then a median, then two more lanes of traffic to get to the beach. We went with a wagon and a 2.5 year old and never had any issues getting across to the beach. This is not a high tourist area, so we basically had a private beach the entire time. We shelled, found tons of hermit crabs and small fish, saw dolphins from the shore, loads of pelicans and cranes, and some Compass and Moon Jellyfish (late September). The sand was smooth and not gritty. We played every morning at the beach, then walked back for lunch and naps, went into Gulf Port and Pass Christian to Art Alley in the Pass (wonderful local artist gift shop). I don’t want to make this place too popular for selfish reasons, but I wished we never had to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

Also, as to previous comments about not having enough towels, etc.: I think the property management must have resolved those issues. There were plenty of towels. You might need to bring extra kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, detergent and paper towels, though.

Had lived on the MS coast, in the past, and never knew rentals were available on the coast. We needed to travel with family to handle family business.

We had 3 families for a cancelled event we were going to but decided we needed the time away. We are so glad we did. The house was in the perfect location, close to everything we were doing. The added bonus of Linda coming to visit Saturday night was unexpected but very welcomed. Hope to stay again.

My friends and I had a wonderful getaway here. The home was light and airy, beautifully decorated, and more importantly, comfortable. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, except for washcloths and hand towels—only two hand towels for two bathrooms were provided. We could have used more. We had a great view of the beach, the only drawback being that it was located across a busy highway. I was able to sprint across with no problem, but elderly or those with physical limitations would find it problematic. I had a couple of minor issues, but they were quickly resolved with a phone call.
There was a local farmer’s market that we enjoyed, and a variety of restaurants nearby.
All in all, I would recommend this property.

Long Beach is a lovely little town with quaint shops and tons of restaurants (our favs are Steve's Marina & White Cap and you're close enough to Biloxi, Gulfport & I-10 and of course all the casinos.

If your looking for a beautiful home that sits right by the beach this one is a winner! We enjoyed meals on the balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico which couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is beautifully decorated. It’s located close to anything you would need, groceries, gas station, and the best donut shop around! I can’t wait to return☺️

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Every room was clean and comfortable. They provided all the basic one could hope for while staying at rental including a couple extras!

Nice home, a very comfortable place to spend the winter. The weather was a bit cool but we found plenty to wife and I would find this a nice place to spend the winter again. We were here from 2/6/2019 to 4/8/ 2019.
