The property is gated, so only authorized people are there. You can choose to swim in one of 2 pools. There is an exercise room centrally located. The playground is for children of residents and guests. The beach is easy to reach by walking along the private drive to the condos and crossing Beach Boulevard to the sugar-white sand beach. The sand is warm year-round, so you can sink your toes into it as you walk, or wiggle into the sand and create an ergonomic "sand chair", or simply walk along the water's edge and relax as the gentle waves wash in. Satisfy the child in you and build a sand castle!! Soak up the warm sun and fall asleep in the gentle breeze. Watch the sun rise and set with magnificent colors in the broad sky, and the moon rise over the water sending its soft light reflecting over the gentled night waters. No sky picture is ever the same. Every day presents another spectacularly painted sky!
