Excellent apartment and had a memorable Thanksgiving celebration in Biloxi, MS

The condo was very spacious and in good repair. The balcony view overlooked the pool. We were close to most events and restaurants. The only downside was not getting our paper with the parking passes. All literature was strongly written to use the permits or be towed. No return phone calls. Office manager apologized but I was concerned my car would be gone by morning.

The complex was nice. I traveled with family but stayed in my own villa in a different building. I always felt walking around the VOC complex and never encountered any problems. The villa itself was equally as nice. I mentioned to my daughter that I’ve never stayed in a place that was so well stocked. It had EVERYTHING you could think you might need. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I’d definitely recommend for an individual and family stay.

This is a decent condo. I would say a bit over priced in comparison to others. In general, the condo was clean, however, a deep cleaning should be done from time to time. There were multiple dead bugs behind the bedroom doors and upon dropping a phone behind couch and having to pull it out to retrieve it is obvious that detail to cleaning is not a priority. The pool was nice and location to the beach was desirable.

This is a very nice condo. It's convenient location was great for walking and near a casino and shopping. It had a very large TV but only streaming option and we prefer live TV (of course, that's a personal preference). Also the bed in the master was very high, I am 5'5" and I needed to use a chair to get in! Other than that it was good.

Condo is beautiful, well stocked, furniture is very comfortable, entire condo was very clean. We started each day by taking a walk from the condo to the beach.

Overall an absolutely wonderful stay. The room had everything we needed, the property management staff was welcoming and attentive. Location was great for anywhere you wanted to be. Would highly recommend this cozy condo and its welcoming atmosphere to anyone!

Ive stayed at many condos over the years but have never left a 5 star review for a rental until now. The condo was perfect! The view was perfect! The cleanliness of the condo was extraordinary! The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were decorated and furnished nicely. The owners and managers communicated promptly and professionally. It was in the center of all the activities we had planned. Would highly recommend and I will definitely book here again in the future.

It is rare to get accommodations that look the same as pictured. This condo was even better than pictured. Not only was it clean and roomy the beds were very comfortable, we had 2 balconies (we expected 1) and we were very pleased with the location.

This condo was very clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there! Great location also. The only thing we had trouble with was figuring out where to turn in our exit packet. We finally found it, but more clear instructions on that would be nice.

Stayed at this condo for a dance competition for my daughter. The property is located near the coliseum which was very convenient for us. Beach access was an easy walk through the property grounds then cross the street. Management was quick in response to our needs. Beds were comfortable & area was nice and quiet. The pool didn’t look ready for swimmers, but that was ok for us because the weather was cool & rainy.

Very pretty property and great location. Villa was nicely decorated with quality furniture. Beachy contemporary and fun style. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was definitely clean however the cleaning crew could step it up a notch. We would love to visit again and enjoyed it very much!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was nice and quiet, and the only questions or concerns we had upon arrival were answered/addressed promptly and efficiently.

Our limited stay was great. We had rented for 7 weeks but due to an unexpected surgery, we were only able to enjoy this lovely apartment for 2 & 1/2 weeks. There was no need for any reimbursement since our cancellation was quite late, but we did receive an unexpected portion of the cleaning expense reimbursed. The place was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We hope to return next year.

After we left the room my 8 year old discovered he left his favorite pillow and was pretty upset. I called the manager and she promptly returned my call on a Sunday afternoon to help us get back in to the room and retrieve his pillow. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to him and he wasn’t upset on the ride back home which meant A LOT to me! That’s just great customer service. I’ve already recommended this place to at least 10 people.

The pool was a blessing over a weekend when it was just too hot to go to the beach!
