Clean, gated, & well maintained community truly right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood.

Unit looks very clean, was roomy, well decorated and supplied with enough essentials, including blender and hair dryer. Minor issues: Hot water in master bath shower doesn't always work. Water and ice dispenser in fridge and balcony light don't work. Dish washer top rack doesn't slide properly.

Gave the wrong gate access code, but was resolved immediately. Large groups were hording the pool all day long, at least when we were there during a holiday weekend.

Fantastic location for a quick trip to the beach and Bay St. Louis.

This is always a great place to stay, it is quite and easy access to beach.

My family of 5 (3 kids age range 2 to 9) had an incredible time. Property is very family friendly. The pool and pool area is a great size so you don’t feel crowded. The private beach was so nice and only steps away. The condo is very well stocked. It is a great size featuring a large living space and bedrooms. The taller ceiling heights make the spacious area feel even bigger. They had literally the easiest checkout process I have ever had. If I had to say one thing to improve on I would say check in communication. We got an email promptly with our door code but we didn’t realize we needed a gate code until we arrived on site. I did message them and they responded very quickly. I would for sure recommend this condo to others (and have already).

I had to reschedule my long weekend because of Ida. The staff at PRM bent over backwards during an extremely busy time, to help me get rebooked. I could not have asked for better.

Great set up directly on the beach. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Parking was a breeze and elevator with carts made loading and unloading easy. Pool was amazing too.

The condo was great!! Very clean. Super easy to get in with key codes. It’s a very quiet place, not crowded at all. Lots of back roads to ride bikes. We met serval folks in the community and they were very friendly.

This is hands down the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious. We loved the complex, and it feels like a resort. The balcony was fantastic and the pools very beautiful. The beach was fantastic, and never busy. It was 4th of July weekend, and there were never more than 25 people on the beach, perfect for social distancing. The assigned parking was great, and the staff friendly too. We will be back, as soon as we can manage. Incredible condo.

Very relaxing! The condo's location was very quiet -- no traffic noise at all. However, this made for a longer drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

The property was as described, and we felt it was even more beautiful than we expected. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners in leaving a little "treat basket" with snacks for us to enjoy. Our grandchildren loved the pool, and since the beach was closed during our visit, we spent a lot of time out there. There are many chairs, tables and umbrellas in the pool area, and we ate our dinner out there one evening. The location was perfect for us. We are "beach people," and the beautiful views of the beach and gulf from the large balcony were amazing. The condo is very close to many restaurants which was important to us. We especially enjoyed eating at Shaggy's Seafood which is minutes from the property. The property manager was extremely helpful; I called several times to ask questions, and she was helpful, patient and polite each time. We did have a little trouble finding the gate to enter the property and didn't have the code for the gate, but she solved our issue. Otherwise, check-in with the door code to the condo was seamless. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo itself was lovely and beautifully maintained. We were not alerted ahead of time that we needed to check in at the office or that we would need a pass code to even get onto the property, so that was frustrating. And the code we had been assigned to get into our unit did not work, but thankfully the owner's sister was on site and helped us. Inn by the Sea Condo: A+. PRM, Inc: C.

We rented Unit 233 for the month of June 2019. The interior of the unit is nicely furnished and well decorated. The kitchen is adequately stocked with required cooking item (pot, pans, utensils, etc.)

This property is awesome. Nice distance from the beach. Pool is a good size and well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay and intend to return next year!
