Great Condo this was our 3rd time renting.

This was a great place to stay. The unit was clean. It felt very safe. I loved how you could walk straight onto the beach from the ground floor. The boardwalk made it easy to walk to anything on the beach.

The location and the property was wonderful. It was everything that I wanted it to be.

This trip was a fantastic decision. We reviewed the pictures and hoped that the in person appearance was equivalent. Hands down better in person. The property was spacious, clean, great layout and awesome views.

The 3bdrm/3Bth was perfect. It can accommodate 6 easy and if less, even more room.

This condo, was AWESOME! My Mom loved it! This had to be the best decorated and comfortable condo we have stayed in. It had everything. TV was easy to operate, the Kitchen had all the necessities. Trash disposal was accessible. Location was Convenient to the Casino, the Beach and mixture of Restaurants of all varieties. The balcony was angled nicely.

Also, not too far from general stores for quick pick ups. It had more than expected and the main three things we were there for, Birthday celebration, the Beach and Gambling. It delivered much more than that, Great memories.

The owner were responsive to our messages. Had a minor issue with the gate entrance but quickly got the timing right. Parking can be a little tight if you have a SUV, but there are two spaces which helps, provided that there is only one vehicle.

Great Stay and Great Host. Will return next year.

As always Sea Breeze condos delivered an amazing getaway, this unit is now among my top 2 favorites at Sea Breeze! Very well equipped, was only missing laundry detergent! Thank you to the management company who quickly came out to fix a loud noise coming from the dehumidifier/condensation pump, we really appreciated it!

Trying to plan my girls weekend pre-trip down now, as the family and I will be back next year! Usually do homes, these condos were a treat.

Condo was excellent with a great, quiet and safe location. Boardwalk was an unexpected positive benefit for walking along the beach. Highly recommend this rental. Our family really enjoyed the spacious and well decorated condo and will likely look to rent again.

This is the third time my family has stayed at this condo. It’s spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. We have little ones so we stay at the shallow pool which is perfect for them. The kids love it. Overall it’s a perfect vacation spot for us and only a couple hours from home.

We have taken Winter vacations (from Minnesota) to the Gulf of Mexico area for many, many years. This is the very best Condo we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had all the dishes/pots/appliances we needed, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. This condo was right on the crossing the road to get to the beach! There is a wonderful board walk that was great for our morning walks. The condo is gated so we always felt safe; the office staff were always pleasant and helpful.
All in all, it was a wonderful vacation, with absolutely NO problems or concerns.

The unit was nice, well maintained. Great view, the building is a little older, but the interior was awesome.

This was probably one of the nicest places my family has stayed in! So clean, so big, and right on the beach. I love that each bedroom had its own bath. Large rooms so everyone can have their own space. Even larger and nicer common area to come together comfortably. Kitchen absolutely packed with anything you would need to cook with! Living room furniture great quality. Nice, soft beds!

This condo felt like our private vacation home not a rental. Spacious accommodations that are well maintained and tastefully appointed. Every need was anticipated and provided for as if they knew our lifestyle. Access to the pools, beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues was quick and easy. Staff with PRM Management Agency greeted us like old friends and answered all pertinent questions. Will definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return soon!

That made us wonder how often the furnace filter is changed especially with the COVID situation. Also the cable box was not working in the master bedroom, but not much of an issue because it still had some streaming channels. Otherwise was a very good experience. Property management company was very good to work with.

The condo was large and spacious, and furnished very well. 3 bdr and 3 ba was just perfect for 3 couples.

Was very good. We were a late check in and thought it would be a hassle going by the office to pick up key but it wasn’t. It was easy and convenient.

This place was incredible, will definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay there again one day.

It was very pleasant, not crowded at all. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again. The only problem was the parking spot we were assigned was in a corner against a wall and I couldn't get my SUV in their safely so chose to park outside garage.

The recently remodeled unit 612 at Seabreeze is decorated beautifully, extremely spacious and immaculately clean! The beds in each room were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook any kind of meal for a large family! The location was perfect and the only condo building directly on the beach! We had the beautiful white sand beach with palm trees all to ourselves the entire vacation! I couldn’t love this place any more ... it truly felt like home!

Wonderful condo with lots of space and very clean. The beds were super comfy.

The condo was the perfect place for our family to spend the long Thanksgiving weekend! Close to all the activities and restaurants we wanted to visit, and there was plenty of room to gather in the living/dining area and kitchen or to go spend some quiet time reading or napping. We hope to be back annually!

Everything went according to plan. It would be nice if there was a way to drop off the keys at the property itself instead of having to drive back to Gulfport which was the wrong way for us.

Rented a gorgeous condo on gulf to have a girls trip. PRM representative “Nicki” was so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend PRM for rentals.

When you and your girlfriends walk in and the first thing out of their mouths is, "I got this room!" you know you have made a great choice for accommodations!

Our stay at Sea Breeze 612 was AWESOME! The condo was decorated beautifully and was very spacious! The welcome basket with treats after a 5 hour drive was icing on the cake! We had everything we needed at our condo as far as utensils, plates, and appliances...all we had to provide was the food ;)!

We needed a place to stay while dealing with a relative's transition to hospice. The late evenings when we arrived at the condo were the perfect respite. The condo is beautifully appointed, modern chic, spacious and so comfy. And the views were amazing.

This condo is perfect. The interior is updated to perfection and the space is so comfortable. The view is great and the location is convenient to anywhere in the area. We had a perfect stay.
